Late check-outs will result in an additional charge of $100. Breaking any house rules will result in a charge of $500 each, subject to a charge per occasion and per broken rule separately. Unauthorized use of the back door will result in a $300 House Rules Violation fee per occurrence. No loud music is allowed at any time. No additional unregistered guests are allowed unless under the reservation guest count; an extra guest fee of $300 will be charged per extra unregistered guest per night, along with a $300 additional cleaning fee for excessive extra guests. No photography or commercial use on the premises without written permission from the host. Furniture is not to be rearranged.
