Good deal but plan to be in old outdated units

I never got to move into this apartment which is unfortunate as I was excited to move in. The location is great with the dog park close, good price, and the office staff was friendly no complains there but we toured and they showed us a beautiful renovated 3 bedroom unit and promised they would have a renovated 2 bedroom unit for our move in time. Unfortunately, when it was time for us to sign a lease they said Corporate had told them to stop renovations for the summer and refused to tell me… that in an email each time I asked until I called them directly and asked. Still a great deal for the location but if they say they have renovated units available for you don't trust that, as I felt they just wanted our application fee money on an empty promise. I wish no bad on the staff and management but plan to be in the older outdated units despite what they tell you.

Great Location and Price- No complaints!

This is a great place just after graduating. It is a very young professional type of area. Amazing price for it's location: near downtown, short north and campus with quick highway access. Free parking pass per resident and free street parking whenever friends visit. Sure-not all units have top of the line finishes (cabinents/countertops, but it does the job. Water pressure is great! I have renewed for a second year. Maintenance is so quick- within 24-48 hours max. Allie in the office is so… sweet and honest. Each room has 2 FULL SIZE closets; plenty of storage! Good neighborhood- I always feel safe. If you have a pet- there's a dog park within 500 feet of the leasing office and pool. I was looking to move to be closer to work and friends, but I can't beat the price and the quite area.

Alexandria Colony

The Alexandria colony provides spacious apartments and town homes that are in a perfect location in Columbus. They are close to the nightlife but also close to multiple parks including a large dog park. There are many festivals that are healed within walking distance to the apartment complex. The apartments are pet friendly and have central a/c and heating. The staff is very helpful and responds quickly to any issues.
