Andover Park Apartments

Was approved a month and a half before my move-in date come to move-in and was told my carpet needed fixed and they had a month and a half to fix that before my move-in date took them eight hours to fix the carpet, once moved in the entire apartment had mildew bugs, dirty fixtures smelled like cigarettes

I’ve lived here for 3 years, when I first moved in it was a great place to live. The leasing staff was very helpful, maintenance was onto of it and rent was reasonable. However, in the last year it’s gone way downhill. My work vehicle has been broken into twice, people drive recklessly through the neighborhood and blare music. Andover is a Joke! HIGH Rent for terrible service and LONG wait times for Maintenance. Please look elsewhere.

NEVER AGAIN!! Lived here for a couple months and been experiencing MOLD in my bathroom! reported it then finally after 3 calls and 2 emails and 3 months later someone came to “supposedly” fix the issue. but nope!! all they did was scrape off the mold and paint over it. so what did the BLACK MOLD do grow back with my toddler living here no one seemed to care. not only that my door got replaced and i’ve haven’t had a peep hole for monthsssss!! they are careless people
