Clear Point Gardens

The apartment was not cleaned before I moved in. There was never any regular maintenance unless I submitted a maintenance request. They always came in while I wasn’t home & some items went missing. No matter how clean I kept the apartment, there were ALWAYS bugs, specifically roaches and bed bugs. Despite multiple treatments, the bugs always returned, forcing me to leave. I would never recommend living here.

This was my apartment and although there were a few hiccups at the beginning, it all worked out in the end. I just have apologize the front office for putting with my anxiety every time I called maintaince for a work order or if I had a question(s)

Maintance is always on point and they always come through every time, especially Mike the supervisor!

Love the view from my balcony and the fact that the property is a little secluded but it's what makes it peaceful and quiet which I love!

This is totally the worst apartment ever to stay in. Roach is everywhere like they pay the rent. If the office would have the same energy to resolve your issues like when its time to pay rent it would be a little better except for the roaches

Mice, roaches you name. They have them. Maintenance is low. Can’t contact front office. I don’t recommend you lease here. Been here for 2 years and it’s getting out of hand.

No laundry facilities and they told me there were until after I signed the lease and came to pick up my laundry card another office woman informed me I’d have to wait 7-10 months to get a card and they have to take apart all laundry rooms, constant car theft in the neighborhood, loud and noisy neighbors staff does nothing to help, maintenance is very poor and will leave the job worse than it was before they came by half working and laziness, mail services are very poor and inaccurate you’re... better off just picking up all your mail from the post off and delivery is very risky I’ve spent a year here and it’s only gotten worse over time.
