Wonderful Place

Beautiful, peaceful apartment complex with a lot of amenities for a great price! Wish they were not on a waiting list but it makes sense why. The office staff was very helpful and answered all of my questions. Hopefully I’ll be a resident someday. Thanks again for the awesome service!

Poor Customer Service

I went in the office today to inquire about a townhouse. The receptionist was rude and the other lady in the office was as too. I was treated horrible and they was very dismissive and short. I would not be going forward with my application. I wish Ms. Becky was there. She is awesome.

horrible

Loved my apartment at first, but then raccoons got in my ceiling and my rental office didn’t care at all nor tried to fix the problem. Multiple raccoons fell through my attic, emergency maintenance came 30 mins late when I called and reported it. Maintenance also never comes on time to fix anything, I never give them permission to enter when I’m not there and they still enter. I alway was ask for them to come when I’m there.
