VERY VERY VERY ??

I signed a lease a week ago and I was supposed to receive the unit key but the unit was being fixed. A week later and I still don't have the apartment key. The rental office is 99% closed and the phone lines never is someone to answer or leave a message.

ROACHES/ BED BUGS / MICE + MORE

Living here was beyond horrible. There’s roaches, bed bugs, AND mice horribly. It’s a complete infestation. It seems like spraying made the roach infestation even worse than before… The bed bugs we had to treat for ourselves and it was still bad. Roaches literally crawling everywhere no matter how spotless it may be. It’s just disgusting and not a good living condition. Then we had a leakage from our ceiling in our laundry room, so the ceiling began to hang and maintenance came and busted a hole… in the ceiling and water came pouring out and they never came back to fix it…. The maintenance here bandaids problems and it’s just ridiculous. We also had a growth of mold on our bathroom ceiling due to a poor vent and maintenance SPRAY PAINTED THE MOLD GROWTH WHITE… Then it was a fire in our building and soon after another fire in the building diagonal to ours. This place is a mess and does not deserve one star and or how high they are charging in rent for the rodents and bugs they do very much have. Beware moving here. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND LIVING HERE.

Bad experience

Owner refused to spray for bedbugs/roaches and once they finally agreed to spray I was charged a insane amount. Although there are friendly staff my experience here was bad. You have to wait forever for maintenance (if they even come) and security will harrass you.
