Okay until it wasn’t

Kathy was great when we first moved in. Then the management got all messed up and it was like everything went wrong. Car got stolen. Community got dirty. There were roaches. Car break ins. The office got moved and the community got SOOO bad after that. On top of that when we moved out, they REFUSED to use our deposit toward a cleaning fee or give it back stating we never paid it (we def did) and they overcharged us for rent the last month.

Wonderful place to live

I’ve lived here for 3 years and I love it. The area is great because it’s peaceful and quiet. Also the communication from the property manager is amazing, which is very important. The townhomes are beautiful and they are remodeling them so they’re going to be even better. I highly recommend Edgemont village to everyone.

Great Changes

I am a long time tenant and let me just say WOW!! The changes that have been made here since new management took over have been phenomenal. We absolutely love Kathy. She is super friendly and amazing at her job. We plan on being here for many more years.

Friendly Place

My fiance and I went and toured these townhomes, we are in working on the process to move in. We were welcomed warmly and they answered all the question we had for them. Kathy is extremely friendly and was very helpful. The townhome's renovation are wonderful they felt comfortable, clean, and homey.

Comfortable

I haven’t moved in yet but I am in the process. The best part is working with the leasing office. They have made things very comfortable in the transition and are super polite! Great place to rent!! And would definitely recommend this place
