Essex Apartments

I love the Grandview area and enjoy all the activity. When I decided that I wanted to live in the area, my biggest challenge was finding a place that was quiet enough to work from home but close enough that I could still enjoy everything Grandview has to offer. At Essex, I found just that!! The building is smaller than most communities but luxurious and offers everything I need! The Starbucks Coffee Bar starts off my day and occasionally I’ll even take advantage of working outside in the... beautiful courtyard. Essex is located in a fantastic area in Grandview. Its proximity to all my favorite places is amazing and allows me to enjoy my time after work. In addition to the great location, the management is excellent and truly cares about its residents. Waking up in the morning to a clean clubhouse with freshly stocked coffee is the highlight of my day.

I have loved my experience with Essex! My apartment has great natural light and windows! This was a must for me! I love getting coffee in the mornings and the Peloton membership is the best! If you're looking for a great apartment, pick here!

The amenities are super clean and so well maintained. Kourtney has been super attentive and great to work with while searching and signing a lease. The apartments have tall ceilings, top of the line appliances, and nice attention to the detail when designing things like windows, the barn doors, counter tops, sinks etc!

Living at Essex as been a great experience so far! All the staff are amazing and very attentive to the residents in the building!
