Good overall - Bad pest control

I've stayed here for the past year. It's overall good. Place is pretty clean. Most of the time, maintenance responds fairly quickly, within 2-3 days for non-emergencies. I never really used the ammenties so I can't speak to that. I did have issues getting them to deal with my rodent issue in an efficient manner. They just stuck a bunch of glue traps and didn't come back for days. It was absolutely horrible seeing and hearing the mice caught on glue traps. So much so, that I just took into my own... hands and dealt with the situation myself rather than rely on their pest control. Plus it would take them ages to do something. That's my main negative experiences.

While older, governours square is a generally well cared for and comfy complex with lovely landscaping and an excellent location - especially for middle income households and anyone with nerdy hobbeys.
