AMAZING TOWNHOUSES

First off I wanna say how amazing this place is! It’s so clean, the landscaping is amazing and it’s all over beautiful! My boyfriend lives here now and we just got a townhouse which are amazing!! we are both so excited to live in our townhouse! 100% recommend living here! You will love it! Thank you grant commons for creating a amazing space!

Amazing Complex

I have lived at Grant Commons for over 2 years now and it been the best living situation I’ve ever had. The maintenance team is phenomenal! Anytime there is even a small problem they’re here to fix it the same day. Roni, the property manager has always been easy to get ahold of whenever I’ve had questions, and her Communication is great. I’m coming up to the end up a lease in my current unit, and I’ve enjoyed it so much here, I’ve encouraged my partner to move in with me into a bigger unit, and... he is just as excited to live in the complex.
Will always recommend this complex to anyone looking for a new place to call home in Columbus.

Places are not kept up and Management is extremely rude!

I would not recommend living here. The price is way to high for what you actually get. The townhomes look like they have been clean in years and management does not respond. Don’t waste your time or your money.

Don’t Get Towed

I’m a current resident of Grant Commons. After asking for a replacement parking pass for one that was broken, a replacement never came. My car was towed from its spot behind the apartment at a cost of $160. Roni, the apartment manager, was extremely rude in saying that the situation was somehow my fault and that I was not allowed to use the parking spot for some reason. I am finally moving out after this incident. A little courtesy or any amount of responsibility for this would have gone a long... way. A refund for this would also certainly help. I’m looking forward to living somewhere where I don’t have to worry about a towed car in the morning.

Awesome management, very clean and well maintained apartments

I have loved living at Grant Commons so much that I am apprehensive to share my secret. The leasing company is very considerate and straight forward. The rent paying system has never had a glitch and is really user friendly. The management is very considerate and efficient. The maintenance is also extremely efficient. I had a slow sink, put in a maintenance request online, only hours later they answered the request and fixed the sink, and the maintenance man even cleaned my sink after the... repair. Awesome place to live!
