Excited for the New Verve

My roommates and i decided on Verve for next fall. We're excited to be the first ones to live in our brand new 4 bed. Our favorite part however was the location. Being just a couple minutes from the short north and 5ish minutes from campus, you really can't beat it, the city and campus life meet in the middle!

Great Hospitality!

My experience at verve is very different than the other apartments I toured. They actually took the time to get to know me and spent like 20 minutes just talking to the leasing agent like they were my friend for years. I was skeptical about going in without roommates, but the manager Storm was helpful with walking me through their matching process and even asked me personally what my non negotiables are when it comes to roommates.

i'm so excited to live here :)
