Great choice for wanting to live close to the Ohio State University, the downtown and many other great neighborhoods. Everything is great . The security of incoming packages could be improved. It always seems dicey to know where the package will be delivered ( outside the building? apartment office ? etc. ). Great staff and maintenance!

This is a nice community to live in. Most of the people are nice and it is quiet. The upkeep has gotten better, but there are some improvements that could be made. The amenities are also kept nice.

A quiet neighborhood with spacious units. By far our favorite apartment complex we've ever lived in. (We actually moved back after moving away, because nothing beats how quiet the neighborhood is)

Speeding Traffic

Management need to do more to prevent speeding within the complex, there is no place to walk except in the street which is unsafe with all the speeders. Install better speed bumps, stop signs, rumble strips. Anything please.
