Overall, me and my kids feel safe and comfortable living here. We have space, garage and the pool and pond and club house to keep us entertained. Neighbors have been kind and willing to help, too.

Why a 4 star? The door to my apartment needs to be scraped and painted. I noted it on my move in and recently said something to maintenance recently. They said they would get to it when things slowed down.
I think having my door look like that is a poor reflection of the community. I have people come through my garage rather than come to my door.
