National Road Apartments

The apartments buildings could be good. But management is never available,never has answers, and are RUDE! They seem to only value collecting rent with fees that don't match your lease, evictions, and making people's life MISERABLE. YOU CANT TALK TO ANYONE REASONABLY.NOT 1 PERSON. If you want to be treated with RESPECT GO ELSEWHERE.

I brought all new things for my place stay almost here a year and started wondering why my neighbors didn’t really have their apartment decorated and come to find out the whole building is infested with bedbugs and roaches. The landlord knows that it’s infested they just want and need your money.

You have been warned. They don’t fix maintenance request. People leave full bags of trash in the halls. Management is raising the rent and don’t fix anything. They don’t have anyone to clean the halls and outside the property so it remains FILTHY! You can’t make this stuff up. Roaches, mice, and bedbugs….stay away!!!!!! If I could give zero stars I would do that.

I don’t even know where to start…
- INFESTED with ROACHES
- Don’t know who the owner/property manager is at any given time
- Any and all maintenance requests will be ignored indefinitely
- Walls are so thin you can hear every entry door on every floor regardless of your location
- If you have someone above you it sounds like the floor is about to collapse with every step they take
- electric cost between $400-$500 a month to stay warm in the winter (no insulation)
- no central air (they won’t... even supply a window unit)

Infested with roaches , property manager doesn’t care about tenant comfort and don’t bother putting in a maintenance request you end up having to fix your problem yourself and the walls are post thin with no insulation can’t even keep the place warm during winter without receiving a $400 electric bill each month
