Community has so much potential

This community could be a great place to live - BUT the upkeep and regular maintenance to units leave a lot to be desired. Whenever you pull into the property the first thing you notice is the abundance of trash spewing from the ONE & ONLY trash dumpster. With a complex this large a 2nd dumpster would help greatly. Secondly residents who have resided here long term are not considered for any of the updates that new residents are offered, mainly new carpet & wood flooring. Lastly the community... members need to do better with maintaining their own areas & monitoring their kids this has become a growing concern along with the other issues. Van Rooy if you would truly invest in this property instead of patch work living here would be a better experience.

Don’t move here

You won’t get nothing fixed they get Smart they’re always lying i’ve been waiting for stuff to get fixed for months!!! The pool don’t stay open for too long The parks are unsafe and halfway broken or tore down they make rules up as they go this place is just horrible

Don’t move here!!!

It may look nice on the outside but the inside not too good! Counters in the house falling apart the air and heat seem to only work on the upstairs part of the house and the women in the rental office are very RUDE and inconsiderate! One time i called to get help with a problem with the water temperature and the lady had gotten smart then i assume she thought she hung up and i could hear her conversing with another employee in the office bad mouthing me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND if i could give it no... stars i would!!!! Honestly you can not get any help unless you repeatedly call for days at a time and sometimes that does not even work

Don't move there you will be mad

Trash from management to maintenance just don't move that you will regret it looks are deceiving and so are they there's nothing for children to do but play in the parking lot and tear up your car trash on the grounds at all times there's no dumpsters but one you have to take your trash all the way to your dumpster if you don't have a car you have to walk it sad
