Community has so much potential
This community could be a great place to live - BUT the upkeep and regular maintenance to units leave a lot to be desired. Whenever you pull into the property the first thing you notice is the abundance of trash spewing from the ONE & ONLY trash dumpster. With a complex this large a 2nd dumpster would help greatly. Secondly residents who have resided here long term are not considered for any of the updates that new residents are offered, mainly new carpet & wood flooring. Lastly the community… members need to do better with maintaining their own areas & monitoring their kids this has become a growing concern along with the other issues. Van Rooy if you would truly invest in this property instead of patch work living here would be a better experience.
