Do not ever move here

This apartment is the worst apartment ever there has been leaks happening for over a month and they have yet to fix it or accommodate the renters And it has carpet so imagine the smell of rotten carpet They so cheap they will not even change your carpet overall horrible apartment complex and they also have pot holes throughout the complex

Phoenix Point...Well Done

I have lived at Phoenix Point since 2018. I am very happy with the new management. Always accommodating on needs and willing to work with you on issues. Jasmine the property manager is EXCELLENT at her job. Keep up the great work!

The new management is great. They have a lot of future plans for the property and a lot of it is community and family focused.

New home!!

I recently moved here with my daughter from another city and I am so pleased with my decision. The townhome itself is so clean and spacious, beautiful appliances and a perfect patio!! Also the people in the office are awesome!
