charged after move out
Nice and quiet area, school district is good, the management gets back to you if you have an issue. However, when we moved out we were charged with bunch of stuff. Even though we cleaned the whole apartment very well before given the keys, they still charged us. Also, the apartment with the patios are more expensive but even if you hang your wet rug or t-shirt they gonna ask you to remove it. The kitchen and dining area don’t have windows so if you cooking or need fresh air, you will have to... open the patio door and you gonna get bunch of flies into your apartment because there is no patio covering…

Move out fees
I enjoyed this apartment while living there, but after moving out they slapped us with charges for a bunch of stuff. When we moved in, it smelled like the person before was a heavy smoker, so I'm guessing they charged us because they knew we would pay it. Never had that happen before and they definitely ripped us off. Really disappointing and definitely left a bad taste about this apartment complex.

Def Recommend
We’ve lived here for a couple months now and have had no issues or complaints thus far. Community is very well maintained and any question and maintenance issues have been resolved in a timely manner. Amenities building is very nice as well. A definite recommend to anyone looking for a resonantly priced and well maintained apartment community in the Columbus suburbs
