Horrible communication

I’ve been a resident here for over 6 months now. They claim everything is updated but it’s not. I’ve had a flood from faulty plumbing that was neglected to be taken care of before moving tenants in, and now I’ve got a leak from my ceiling from a month ago and they still don’t know when or how they’ll fix it. Didn’t even have an air vent in the bathroom for awhile. Maintenance will enter without notice too. People just park wherever they want everyday, even in the middle of the lot or spaces that... aren’t even spots. The utilities are costing so much I could’ve afforded a larger rent amount. For a studio and someone who’s been relying on a space heater because of the heating prices is ridiculous. I know people who own HOUSES and pay less utilities than I do. I don’t recommend.
