Apartment Review

The community is always clean, quiet, and well maintained. The apartments are nice,One of my favorite things about living here is that there are playgrounds for the kids, which gives them a safe and fun place to play. The pool is also a huge bonus, especially during the summer months. The staff is friendly, and the property is kept looking nice year-round.Overall, this is a wonderful place to live for individuals and families. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, quiet,… and family-friendly community.

So far so good!

I recently signed a lease here and so far, this community seems peaceful and quite. There are parks, nature trails and a swimming pool. Kailey was great to work with! She made the move in process easy and stress free to ensure a smooth transition to my new home. The staff seems nice and professional and my new apartment is clean. There is also a laundry facility in each building.

Very nice place to stay at

A great place to call home!

I have lived here since 2009 and I have never been happier to call this place home. The property management is warm and friendly. The maintenance guys are on call 24/7 and respond quickly to solve any problems that should arise. The grounds are well maintained and flourishing with local wildlife. The property connects to the Olentangy walking path and has access to an area for kayaking and great fishing at Antrum Lake. Local law enforcement does nightly patrols to ensure the safety of all… residents. Two playgrounds, outdoor grills and a pool provide a great atmosphere for a young, busy professional or a growing family. 10/10 Love living here!
