About to move in and all of a sudden they are pet free. It was never mentioned in months of back and forth. False advertising, absolutely devastated.

Good Place to Live

I lived at Summerwynd in 2014 and moved out in February 2016 for a job I took out of town. It was an affordable place to live and was always kept clean and was a pretty safe place to live. We had a few maintenance issues, but they were always taken care of by the maintenance guy. Sometimes he was a little slow getting to us. He was always polite though! I did have a few issues with my neighbors being loud and playing their music loud on the weekends at night. I talked to the girl that worked on… the weekends a few times and she apparently resolved the problems. I am more than likely going to move back when I move back to Columbus next year. I worked in Easton when I lived there and I couldn't afford to live at the apartments in Easton so I moved to Summerwynd. I only had a 5-10 minute drive to work every day. The only complaint I really have is they need washer and dryers in the apartments, I had to give mine up when I moved in. I had use the laundry room when I lived there which was a hassle to me.
