Tamarack Arms Apartments

I lived here for 1 years and it was my worst year ever… but if u love mince,cocroack and many more u can go there…
I literally bought all the chemicals you can imagine but it still didn’t work
My air conditioner wasn’t working I had to get a fan I tried getting to maintenance but they did nothing infact it’s a nightmare place

I was told they have no pest issues, my apartment was ready to move in… New appliances yada yada yada… All of my appliances are disgusting, there’s roaches everywhere the dishwasher doesn’t work the garbage disposal doesn’t work the roof is leaking in my bedroom there’s mice… Other apartments have bedbugs… They’ve pushed aside every single one of my concerns about maintenance issues in my apartment… And the cherry on the top last night about 4 AM my ceiling fan falls out of my ceiling

My girlfriend and I were interested in these apartments and made an appointment on a Friday for 2:30. At first, the communication between the leasing agent was good, answered all of our questions through text message and responded very promptly. Fast forward to the day of our appointment, we drove two hours from Cleveland to check out the apartments after receiving a confirmation text for our appointment . We were running a few minutes behind and texted the phone number to let them know. We got… there at 2:35 and had to be let in by a resident because there was no communication as to where the leasing office was or how to get there. We found the office, which seems to be a vacant apartment that they use for an office.. we knocked on the door, called the number we were communicating with before, multiple times and just received an automated message.. It’s now 3 hours after our appointment and we still haven’t received a phone call or text message. So, we can’t comment on the actual apartments, but to blow off a interested customer with no communication is highly unprofessional. Property has always been decent but current owners are doing a ton of renovations. I have new windows, a renovated apartment with new black appliances & nice floors. They say they're still working on lots more projects and I believe them. Quiet, good place to live. One of the few places around with a working elevator!
