The Gardens Columbus

Went in today and had a very nice experience...everybody I talked to was very nice and very accommodating for my daughter and I we're going to give it a shot... Can't wait to start my new future in the gardens!

The community looks good on the outside, but there is a lot of gun violence around. Moved in June 2023 and found mice poop all over the laundry area, and still continue to have a cockroach problem. Maintenace is efficient if you need something fixed. Community amenities are not impressive, and you will get the run around from staff.

If you, your friends or loved ones are looking for a safe place to call home, The Gardens is not the place to consider. There is an abundance of gun violence. you will hear gunshots nearly every night of the week in the community behind The Gardens and can be verified by the Citizen App. There is little to no security in the complex. It is not a gated community. This past week (first week of August 2023) there was a double homicide in one of the units. There has been random gunfire in the… community from time to time. One of the maintenance techs had told me that my unit had previously had been broken into via busting through the door.
