Extremely poor maintenance management

I moved in late May and my AC went out in early June. It is now August 18th and nothing has changed. I have put in 2 separate requests for my AC to be fixed. They "completed" the first request without actually doing anything to fix it. I have went into the office to discuss this with them at least 5 times and nothing has come of it. They keep blowing me off and they can't even bother to give me a timeframe of when they will even try. My lease also mentions a dishwasher being included, but… one was not installed upon move in. This has been mentioned as well but they said they can't do anything about that. They claim to have laundry facilities, but 2 of the 8 washing machines have been down since I moved in. 2 more washing machines are down now and if you want to wash your clothes you have to wait at the facility if you even want a chance to use the machines. If you value AC or management that maintains their site, stay away from here.

Terrible Management

AC has been out for 2 months. Washing machines out for the same amount of time at least. No dishwasher even though it's specified on the lease. Renovations done extremely poorly. Management will tell you something will be fixed, but it won't. As far as I know there's only one maintenance guy for the entire complex and he has a habit of marking maintenance requests completed when they aren't.

Warning poor management

Poor management and maintenence here been living here for 1month and my AC wasn't working I told the office till this day the inside of my unit is 84° I would not advise anyone to move here also the office told me that its been other tenants living here for a year without AC and they clearly are proud of that

new apartments are great

Moved into a renovated unit 5 weeks ago, and love the finishes. They also added new amenities, which my children seem to be enjoying.
