I’ve been living here since December 2025 and I couldn’t have picked a better apartment! The apartment itself is beautiful. And I love the mini splits. Sam and Joey in the front office are great! My maintenance requests get fixed fast. I’m right next to the East Market and many other shops. We also have super fast WIFI at a great price. And there is an impressive community gym. I couldn’t imagine living anywhere else!

Sam and Joey are really nice and are always available to help. They keep the lobby areas tidy and smelling good. Its been a process, as it is new construction, but they've put a lot of effort into making sure things get done.

Just moved in last week and very pleased with our decision to join this apartment community. The management staff and maintenance team are here every day to address any issues and the facility is clean and well maintained. Love the open floor plan design and balcony from our 4th floor apartment! The onsite gym is great and overlooks the East Market and Trolley District restaurants and businesses and we’re one block away from historic Franklin Park. Looking forward to enjoying this facility and... location on the East Side over the spring and summer!
