They only care about getting rent. Trash has been piling up, I have complained about various things with little to no change, not recommended for raising a family.

This place is disgusting. there is trash everywhere. I mean every single dumpster is full and overflowing everywhere.

Parking here sucks There’s never nowhere to park. You have to walk a distance to your own townhome. There is also bugs like crazy. I have been living here for almost 3 years now they don’t come fix things when they’re supposed to or half assed does things the bugs have not been taken care of since I’ve moved in their excuses is either I have animals kids or they will come and spray one or two times and that would be it that does not take care of the situation with everybody moving in and out.… They are not spraying people’s apartments the way they should be every apartment should be sprayed at one time not one day this apartment one day that apartment. They cannot make up their minds whether they’re giving people parking passes or towing people’s cars. If they don’t have a parking pass now they’re saying it’s anybody can park anywhere when they say anybody could park. Anywhere means anybody can come over park in your spot and stay there Leave everybody else paying the rent. No parking struggle every day to find a parking spot.
