The place itself is okay, location is great. Parking is horrible, soundproofing sucks, hallway smells, and the management is basically a luxury to expect, because you'll only get a response from the landlord when he's coming to inspect, collect money, or tell you that the water will be cut off. Otherwise, Don't expect any other response from him.

I loved townly court apartments! Great landlord, affordable apartments with no issues, great neighbors and your literally central downtown with lots to do nearby! I highly recommend and don’t think you will be disappointed.

Overall, this was an excellent location for the price. The apartments themselves are quite nice. The landlord is responsive, maintenance is usually quick, and it was clean. Great time living here and no significant complaints at all! Honestly, I would have likely been willing to pay $200 bucks more a month and not been dissatisfied. Wish I could have stayed longer!

I rented a studio apartment for a year while I was in the Columbus, OH area for work and this was overall the best value for my money. Management was very accommodating, area is safe and the community is very friendly. I had no issues and if I ever need to go back to the area for work, I will definitely be renting from them again.

If you’re looking for affordable and safe downtown living I would highly recommend these apartments. I lived here for two years and had a great experience. The area is quiet with a lot of places in walking distance. The building was kept clean. The maintenance people are great and responded to my requests fast.
