Apt

It is a quiet place although I would recommend improving its remodeling I just moved to an apartment but my walls are cracked and my horrible floors should improve the remodeling since what one is paying a month for a bedroom would have to be my home in a good condition It is very quiet but the renovations are not very good

Current resident DO NOT MOVE HERE

I have had problem after problem since I have moved in June of 2019. Air was not working, water was not working, squirrels in the walls, water damage in ceiling, water dripping from ceiling, gas leak, doors dont close, floor is not leveled, the list goes on. I would not recommend for anyone to move here. Emergency maintenance does not answer and the mailbox is full. Work orders do not get put in.Terrible, do not be fooled with the updates made to the units.

Absolutely horrible place

Don’t let these pictures fool you!!!! These apartments are actually disaster to live in. This is worst apartment I've ever lived in. The owners/managers are nothing but slumlords. Maintenance doesn't fix anything even when they do bother to show up.

Worst place to live

I’ve been here for a year an 4 months the original ad said it came with a washer and dryer hookup, I did not get a washer and dryer hookup to this day.... they lied... managment brenda is unprofessional and rude... not only that they’ve been “renovating” this place every day for the past year,, all I hear is construction outside my house and people banging on my door first thing in the morning from construction workers.. you couldn’t pay me to live here it just sucks. No ammenties at all.

I am so sorry to hear you have had troubles in our community. My name is Tiffany, and I have been here for 3 weeks. So I didn't start here until after you posted your review. I know a lot of the tenants other than just yourself have been… very frustrated with the previous staff and that is why I am here. Since I have been here I have made any necessary changes, and made sure things are fixed in a timely manner. To answer your concern about the washer and dry connection, those are only available in our townhome units. I apologize if there was any confusion about that issue. The construction has been an ongoing thing because we want to make sure our tenants have the best quality of living in their apartments. I understand how that may be frustrating, and if there is anything at all I can help you with please don't hesitate to ask. I'm always in the office unless I am taking a lunch. My hours are 10 am to 6 pm Mon-Fri and sat 10-3 y appointment only unless it is the first sat of the month. Like I said, I am VERY sorry about any issues you may have had before I got here, but I am here now and truly care about my tenants and will fight to make sure you are happier with where you are living.
