Two Wonderful Years, Thanks to Cindy and the Team

My husband and I lived here for almost two years, in both a 1-bedroom and a 2-bedroom, and we're sad to be leaving this great community.

We have to start with Cindy. She has been incredible from day one. Anytime something needed attention, she responded quickly and followed through. She is kind, professional, and always went above and beyond. What stood out most is that she truly advocates for her residents. You can tell she cares about the people who live here, and it made a real difference in… our experience.

The maintenance team was just as impressive. Every request we submitted was taken care of the same day. That kind of reliability is rare, and we never took it for granted.

We also loved the amenities. The landscaping is always well maintained, and the pool was one of our favorite spots. It was rarely crowded, so it felt like a peaceful place to relax.

Thank you, Cindy and the whole team, for making this such a great place to call home. We would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a well-run, welcoming place to live.

Cozy place, lovely team, great value for money

I have lived here for the last year and just renewed for another year. Straight to pros:
- nice and friendly office staff; they are considerate of residents' needs and rights; they will also host lots of community activities like reading clubs and yard sales;
- good security with property gates; maintenance responses are also quick and effective;
- great natural environment with well-cared greenery; can have a great view of the woods if your balcony is facing the hill.
Some minor concerns… for the units facing the hill:
- not enough sunlight since it is facing the north, and the air humidity is a little high in summer (not a problem but I personally prefer drier air);
- may have insect issues sometimes, such as paper wasps and big black ants, but the apartment offers adequate pest control appointments and the maintenance staff also respond quickly if it is urgent.
I toured 20+ one-bedroom apartments in Columbus before deciding on this one last year, and I still believe this is among the best I can get given the rental price.

Worthington Gardens is a very large peaceful community

Worthington Gardens is a very friendly community to live in and it is the very best place I have lived in Columbus and I have lived in six different places in my 51 years as a resident in Columbus. The property manager is a very caring individual who is always willing to listen to her residents with what ever they have concerns over regarding their apartments.
The maintenance staff here is very caring as well and they take care of any issues that the residents have in a very timely manner. The… property manager's assistant is also very friendly. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a quiet place to reside. The grounds are very well kept up as well.

Beautiful Place/Experience

We love living here at Worthington Gardens! Living in both a one bedroom and two bedroom model has been a great experience. The location is amazing as it is a close walk to worthington and clintonville locations. The property is beautiful with nature and well maintained as well as the pool. The apartments are nice and are affordable. Cindy and management here do a great job at helping residents and maintaining the peaceful experience here.

3 Year Resident

I lived in a one-bedroom apartment here for three years. It was such a great place to live. Quiet. Centrally located. Great Management that is responsive and truly cares about their residents.

Maintenance Requests were satisfied within a day or two. Parking is easy. The pool is great. Spacious room and patio. There were no complaints in my entire three years here.

Would highly recommend it.
