Used to love it, not sure anymore.
I moved in fall of 2021 and am a current resident. Things were incredible during the first half of my lease. The amenities were kept up with, very clean, a lot of fun community events, friendly leasing office staff…all of that has gone down hill this year.
Packages aren’t ever delivered correctly or get stolen, the leasing office people aren’t very helpful, we never have community events, forget about the nice free coffee & tea bar - it’s now run down and cheap Lipton tea.
Quiet hours are no... longer a thing - there are loud parties all hours of the night frequently in the club house (second floor, where residents also live).
If you’re a pet owner, they don’t refill the waste station with bags…so there is dog waste everywhere.
It’s sad because living here used to be great, and it’s just gotten so bad.
