When I moved in there were nails on the floor, dirty drawers, mold in bathrooms, lint on floors where staff quickly removed the washer/dryer from prior tenants the day of my move in. I put all of this on the move-in form and the only item they addressed on the list was a rusty dish washer rack which they gave a replacement for. You can hear neighbors talking through the walls and walking on the floors above you. When I submitted a work order for an appliance through their method of request... online, they said they didn't get it and asked me to hand deliver the work order in their payment drop box which is 3 miles from the apartments. I have only been here a few mints and so far so good. Im loving this place, very happy.. I have had to call the office a few times for little things only because I was not sure what to do. I got answers right back and what could not be answered by phone someone came over to help.
