Having lived at Creekside Commons East for over two and a half years, I couldn't be happier. When new owners took over in January 2026, they immediately elevated the community with a proactive, hands-on approach.
Unlike previous owners—who dismissed drafty windows and doors as too expensive to fix—the new owners actively surveyed tenant concerns during due diligence and had those critical repairs handled right away.

Proactive Maintenance: Long-standing… deferred issues, including drafty doors, windows, and critical balcony safety gaps, were professionally resolved immediately.
