Leasing Made Easy Thanks to Audrey

Loved the community and peaceful environment. I had a truly wonderful experience working with Audrey Alatas throughout the entire leasing process. From the very beginning, she was incredibly helpful, professional, and kind. Audrey took the time to explain every detail clearly, answered all my questions patiently, and made sure everything I asked for was taken care of.

Her responsiveness and genuine care made a big difference. She made the whole experience smooth and stress-free, and I truly… felt supported at every step.

Thanks to Audrey, I’m confident I made the right decision—and I’m happy to call Forest Ridge my new home!

best apartment complex/ community

having had such terrible experiences in the past with other complexes. moving to forest ridge in 2024 was the best decision. Audrey and the maintenance team is hands down the best. From the day we have moved in to now signing year 2 on our lease. she does it best. Very professional and considerate! Her and the maintenance team always take time out of their day to wave in the passings, and are very involved with the community!!! 100/10

Amazing Apartment Complex!

I have lived at Forest Ridge for almost three years now. I’m so incredibly thankful for the experience I’ve had and hope to continue to have. Audrey is the most amazing manager to work with and the community wouldn’t be the same without her.

Best Apartment Community

Highly recommend Forest Ridge to anyone looking for a nice apartment community. Maintenance staff is spot on and quick to resolve any issues. Audrey the manager goes above and beyond for her residents and is always friendly and helpful. Best place to live in The Falls.

Sad to leave

Unfortunately , because of personal reasons I had to search for a new place to stay. However, I can't speak more highly of Ms. Audrey and her community. She's been incredibly accommodating throughout my time there, I've never had any concerns for mine or my dog's safety, the apartments are reasonably priced, and the complex was well kept.
