Studio City

Studio City is a fine place to live. The rent is reasonably priced, however the price doesn't quite make up for everything else. Depending on the building you live in, be prepared for everything to smell like cigarette smoke. I recently moved out of my apartment there and all my belongs either had to be replaced, scrubbed down, washed, or thrown out because the stench left from my neighbors and previous tenant was awful. If you're a smoker and/or do not care about what your belongings will smell... like, then it's something that can be overlooked. Studio City is under new management. It has improved greatly since the new owner took over. Security on premises. Updates and improvements taking place everyday. I believe that 3 buildings are dog and cat friendly, 1 building is cat only friendly, 1 building is pet free. I am amazed at what a difference the new management has made.
As with any neighborhood of over 350 individual homes(units in this circumstance) you will have an occasional problem in the group, but these are becoming far and... in between. It is fast becoming less an apartment complex and more a community. Read More

Studio city apartment is the best. This complex is located in a beautiful area and is close to multiple metro parks. Lively atmosphere and safe neighborhood is one of it's main advantages.
You can enjoy lots of amenities both inside and outside of your apartment.

This amazing apartment has plenty of light and space. It has renovated nicely and you are provided... with the brand new fridge, stove, cabinets and AC. Manager is caring toward his residences and any problem related to your apartment is fixed within 24 hours.

When growing up these apartments were always know for being very nice and affordable. I have to say that after all the years and even the quality of the residents here declining that there is no better place to live for the price and area!
I live in a 1 bedroom apartment which includes all utilities for $595 a month. These apartments are rough on the outside but can be very nice on the inside! The apartments are cement and steel for fire protection, but i have noticed its for more than that! I... can play my stereo at a decent level and no one hears me! My neighbors have rehearsals here and even with the live music you can barely make out a sound! The area is well policed it is located between C.Falls P.D., Munroe Falls P.D. & Stow P.D.. This apartment complex has a clubhouse with an indoor pool that is only open in summer. The apartments are spacious and decent looking but the maintenece team doesn't get their work done quickly or efficiently. They'll spend days if not weeks fixing something in your apartment because instead of fixing it all at once they'll fix part of the problem and then disappear. The owners/complex managers are very nice people and they are very understanding when an issue presents itself. But there are... multiple bug issues here and most of the people that live here are gross. Dogs peeing and pooping on the hallway carpet, people leave trash lying everywhere. And the cleaning crew doesn't clean the carpets, and most of the time they don't pick the trash up out of the hallways. Read More
