This home features a spacious living room with a Smart TV and cozy seating, a dining room with a whimsical “in the clouds” ceiling playing up Dayton’s aviation heritage, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook at home. Enjoy the convenience of a coffee bar featuring a dual Keurig and drip coffee maker, with coffee, creamers, sugar, and syrups provided. For entertainment and relaxation, there's a basement sauna, a workspace area for remote work, and a poker room with a poker table, lounge chairs, an arcade game, a Smart TV, and barware. A laundry is available on the first floor.
Enjoy the heated inground pool with lounge chairs, a gas fire pit, and a propane grill for outdoor fun (heated is optional and for an additional fee). A 3-car garage is available for guest use, and free street parking is available. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125 per stay; no cats are allowed. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee.

Bringing a pet without disclosing it is a violation of the house rules and will result in a $150 fee. Avoid using plastic mini waste.
