How the Apartment got better

I really enjoy living at Brookview place. I’ve been there six years within the six years. It has came a long way . they have really gotten Brookview together.

I think the staff is doing an excellent job.

Because im happy here they help n understand things need to be done. Very friendly. Good place to live.

Need updates and not clean

The complex has been ran down. The hallway have green old spotted carpet. There is rats and roaches out of control along with trash systems. Some tenants keep real nasty homes and the property manager do not follow through with holding them accountable.

Our property has regular pest control services to address any concerns, and we recently installed a new trash compactor and cans… in 2024 to improve waste management. While we cannot discuss specific tenants, we conduct regular bi-annual inspections to help ensure a clean and comfortable environment for everyone. We appreciate your feedback as it helps us continue improving our community.
