Lovely neighborhood to live in. It’s clean and quiet. Although I have not had the pleasure of meeting anyone named Holly, the manager at this apartment complex name is Patrick. The move in process was pretty smooth. I will say if you have any ESA animals it’s a bit of a headache trying to get that approved. It’s been almost a month and I’ve already paid Pet deposits and everything upfront and Pet rent. The company they use pet screening pretty much wants you to almost tell them your disability... for needing an emotional support animal. After I’ve already submitted documentation from my doctors office. The rent amount you see at first is not your total rent every month. You are charged $65 for water if you have two people living in your home, $95 for basic cable and Internet, $25 for having a washer and dryer hooked up, $20 for a valet trash it is not optional rather use it or not you are charged for that, $25 for the maintenance of the apartment complex, $20 for liability, insurance, and $50 pet rent per pet and $250 pet deposit. I am so impressed with everything about this community, most importantly the management and staff. They are kind, responsive, knowlegeable, helpful, hardworking, and committed to highest quality standards. The grounds are impeccably maintained and the buildings are well constructed and maintained. I’ve been here two and a half years and I’ve been nothing short of happy with the apartment and community. It’s a clean and quiet place to live. The property and apartments are continuously well kept. Maintenance is the best you’ll ever find. Maintenance issues and repair requests are handled very quickly thanks to the on site Maintenance (Tim), who assists with the upkeep of the property. Management staff(Holly), always very kind and very quick to respond. I love it here!

We were so happy to find this apartment community! The complex is clean, quiet, and the other residents are very friendly and welcoming. Holly was a complete rockstar throughout the application, showing and move in process!

These apartments are super clean and well kept. The property manager is wonderful and the on-site maintenance gentleman is even more so. They are very kind and very professional and The location is wonderful.
