    I took a risk.

    I recently moved from the city to Delaware, Ohio, and so far, my experience in this apartment building has been quite positive. As someone without a car, I appreciate the close proximity to the school, which is a major plus. The building feels secure with its front and back doors locked and newly installed cameras.

    There are various food options nearby to satisfy different cravings, but one downside is the lack of a grocery store within walking distance. Also, I found that mapping services    … sometimes lead to the wrong area, which can be a bit frustrating.

    When I first moved in, I was pleased to find new carpets, appliances, and fresh paint throughout the apartment, making it feel welcoming. I've also had the chance to chat with some neighbors who have lived here for years, and they seem friendly and helpful.

    Overall, I’d recommend checking out the building for yourself to see if it fits your needs.
