Yuck

Do NOT rent here. You WILL have roaches once it gets warm out. They also dont clean the apartment before you move in. It was the worst year there, i ended up staying st my boyfriends for the last 5 months. Thr 3rd floor says its has central AC. nope, its broken, you get a window unit and the coolest I could keep it was 76 degrees and that was with the window unit turned down the lowest it would go. I ripped up the carpet all by myself bc it was sooooo disgusting. Do NOT live here please trust... me!

Colony house

The bottom floor has a centipede problem I’ve talked to neighbors and they said they are having the same problem the maintenance man refuses to do anything!
