My cousin moved in here and within the first week had mice and mold, and exposed electrical behind the fridge. Maintenance came and did a temporary fix that did not work. All of the windows were not sealed correctly either upon move in.

I moved into the Forest Brook Apartments, July 2024 and the apartment was in the midst of making updates. I have seen a lot of updates in the year. I have been there. They have put in new landscaping, painted the trim on the doors and stairs. They turned the pool area into a nice patio. It has tables with umbrellas, Adirondack chairs, a fire pit. It also has two gas grills and lots of searing. . Kim is working on bringing the apartment up to date. I have renewed for another year. Overall a... quiet complex to live in. Kim is kind and helpful.
To be fair, the parking is not ideal. Visitors park in tenants areas - not the guest parking which causes a shortage.

If I could leave a zero star, I would. I had mold in my apartment the entire time living here, management and maintenance did nothing. No onsite maintenance at all, every person has quit. Management insisted I replace problems with the appliances in the apartment. Leaks in my ceiling went without any fixing, the ceiling is sinking in. So glad to no longer live here. Take this as a warning it’s not getting better it’s only getting worse. Terrible for the price. Just don’t move here. Management... puts paperwork in late and blames the resident and charges extra for their laziness. Didn’t get my deposit back because they said it was freshly replaced when I moved in, yet the whole place smelled like cigarettes. Great place to live. Not up to the Delaware standards.

Management is very helpful and always willing to assist at any given moment, maintenance staff is very responsive and friendly. The neighbors are quiet, it definitely is very comfortable here and I will continue to stay. Thank you all for everything you do to make this place like home.

I moved in here a little over a year ago, and I can say thanks to Mrs.cooper my transition was smoother then I imagined. Her knowledge of the process and her consistency with me made this process amazing. I felt welcomed. Every maintenance request i ever submitted has been handled in a timely manner and the geographical view is always nice. I am always informed of any changes or request from Mrs.cooper through our community portal and emails. I am quick to refer people i hear looking for a nice... affordable place to live, the only problem is there is never a vacant unit..
so I will honesty say Good job MR. Foster on finding such a nice and sweet lady to represent Forrestbrooke apts.
