Oakview Apartments

I am currently living there and a water pump broke Sunday night and they didn't consider it an emergency as my apartment flooded. After several calls they came the following day to use the rug doctor 3 times and told me to manage a dehumidifier. It is was on Friday I had to call again and ask how they want to address the wet carpet and the smell. They told me they wont pay the electrical bill for the week I had to use the fans , heat and the dehumidifier. I requested to be moved to another... apartment and they stated It will be a one time non refundable fee of $300 as they consider the apartment to be livable conditions. I have tried to speak to upper management and left many voicemails and they refuse to call me back with a follow up. If I would of known how I would be treated I would of never considered this place.
