Great Communication My experience at UVF has been great so far. Tasz and the leasing team are great with answering any questions I have and putting on events for our community.

They recently blocked off my back door and patio. Did they tell us beforehand? No. Just an email once everyone got upset, “we’re sorry we forgot to tell you. But it’s for accessibility” they said the first time. Then it was just a vague “the owners had to make it standard” and it’s just crazy they would block off an entire entry/exit way to the pond trail without saying anything. They force us to use their no-good internet, multiple car break ins and theft and still no parking lot cameras, the… pond overflows and then leaves mosquito breeding grounds and ugly mud when it drains, and there’s always garbage in the lake that isn’t managements responsibility to clean I guess. They force us to use their trash disposal service when there’s a dumpster on site because, as I was told by Colby, they don’t trust tenants to not break their fancy compacting dumpster. This place is 3 years old and they’ve already tore tile off the outside walls and put new tile back on, painted the parking lot lines like 10 times which seems like a waste of money, among other things. Also worth mentioning if your building is full, there is not enough parking. That’s this complex in a nutshell. Didn’t even plan 2 cars per unit. If you come home late you have to park far away and walk, which is something my wife should not have to do after working late shifts as a nurse. Read More

Flooding and a bad attitude Flooded apartment. Loud profanity and a dismissive, condescending manager. Needless to say, we won’t be renewing and will spread the word about this place.

Light bulb I reported one of the light bulbs in the second room is flickering and service person said its not a bulb issue but electrician needs to fix. Yestersay maintenance team came again and just replaced the bulb and its start flickering again.
