very pleased

Dijana has been so great to work with while I had a broken foot and unable to move for a couple of months. We stayed in contact and I was finally able to move into an apartment in July. I put my first maintenance request in and it was attended to the next day. So grateful and thankful.

Manor park

Love living at Manor Park Apts. Dijana is always there when I have any questions and always with a pleasant smile. Recy and Rick are ready to fix anything and and everything is so clean . Thank you Laura P.

Fantastic place to live!

I have lived here for over 2 years. The manager Dijana and her team are wonderful! They are very friendly and helpful and they keep the grounds very clean. Maintenance comes right away and fixes any problems I have. The complex is very safe and quiet. I have wonderful neighbors and I hope to live here forever. I highly recommend Manor Park Apartments and manager Dijana and her team!

Manor Park Apts

I have lived here 2 yrs in Nov and I Really Ejoy It. The Apts are nice and Clean, our courtyard is beautifully kept and since we set back a little from the main street and it is quiet, we see so much nature. Theres Rabbit families and they are always around to see a tree full of beautiful birds. since its set back, it is very quiet, and I feel safe and secure here. The Staff is great. The property manager, Diana is very nice and accomadating and takes issues seriously and handled quickly. And... the Mainentce workers are great. Rick is very Knowledgeable and can either answer a question or help you if he can. June will come fix things pretty quickly after Diana tells him if the issue, he comes and fixes things the same day, usually within the hour. And Then there is Reecie, who keeps our laundry room clean and gets apts
ready for new renters. She is Always smiling and very pleasant and also just a kind and lovely person. My lease is up soon, I was looking for another Apt Comolex for the Accommodations that I need due to some health issues. But can't find anything that didn't seem rundown or their Buildings and grounds aren't as nice looking or affordable as here. So, feeling discouraged, I went and talked to Dijana and let her know my issue and why, and she is making the Accommodations I need due to my health issues. She listened to me and told me that when my lease is up, she can move me to another apartment here more suitable for Me. I immediately felt better and so Happy I can still live here, because I really didnt want to go anywhere else. I don't drive and this is very accessible to alot of stores and the bus line for easy access. I also enjoy the 15 minute walk to Walmart when the weather is nice and my health is cooperating. Also Eastlakes pool is close by and when swimming season is over, I can get on the bus right in front of Our Comolex and be dropped off right in front of the YMCA and also to the Hospital where I volunteer. And also there is usually a short wait list here so that tells you how nice it is to live here. So excited ro start my 3rd year here.
