This is a family-friendly neighborhood. Having fun around the pool area is understandable, but noise should be kept to a minimum between 9 pm and 9 am. There is a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10 pm and 8 am. If smoking of any kind takes place inside, there will be a minimum charge of $500 for extra cleaning. Smoking outside is permitted. No underage consumption or drugs are allowed. You will be charged $150 for late checkout without prior notice. No parties or large gatherings are allowed. The pool season closes on September 30 and reopens on May 15, weather-dependent.
