AVOID

Very unprofessional staff who are poorly organized. The staff members are quick to enforce policies and regulations that are poorly explained, but slow to respond to any issues that you may have while renting from them. I had a terrible experience at this their Euclid Terrace apartments and I moved after giving proper notice. I left the place MUCH CLEANER than it was when I moved in and I was still given trouble when I left. I was told that “ they’ll do anything to avoid returning deposits” and… now I have found it to be true for myself. There are plenty of places to live in the Euclid and Wickliffe area, I’d advise seeking any other place other than Deegan properties.

Unprofessional

1 star ONLY because I had to select one. I recently had a my carpet cleaned by maintenance and they unplugged my refrigerator causing me to lose over $200 worth of groceries. They maintenance men admitted fault and I’ve reached out to the owner or the property and the leasing and property managements with no success. It’s been 3 weeks and still no contact back. I was told multiple times to just use my renters insurance BUT this isn’t my fault! I’ve been living here for about 3 years and I’m… completely dissatisfied with the way this issue ISNT being handled. I feel completely ignored and disrespected. I do not recommend Deegan Management Property as your new home.

Rude management

I was calling to ask about the difference between a 15 month lease and a 12 month lease and I was rudely hung up on. Just for asking a question about the difference in the lease if you want to be that rude when asked a question. I can just imagine how rude they will be if an issue arise within the apartment. Will take my money elsewhere

The apartment complex I stay in is superb the best the landlord the staff is great I've lived here since 1991 raised my kids here the went to school ?? here I'll never leave this apartment complex I love ? it I never had a complaint with any one I love it
