Rent at your own risk

Would NOT recommend. 3182 building is infested with roaches. Despite spraying every month there’s still roaches. Management is rude & will not address your concerns. They will disrespect your belongings and disregard everything you say. There’s gaps in the floors and holes all over the apartment where roaches travel from apt to apt (under sink, laundry room etc). Under the sinks reeks of roaches. The scents of other apartments linger from the laundry room. The hallway always smells like fish.… It may look “nice” or “luxurious” in pictures but it’s cheaply put together. Rent at your own risk.
