Well-maintained apartments, and property. Kid-friendly environment! The maintenance team is superior both in friendliness, professionalism, and efficiency. My favorite aspect of this place is the management i.e. Caroline. This woman is a true godsend. I frequently see her impacting her residents (my neighbors) lives in such an inspirational way.

The management are lying and twisted people. They try to take as much money as they can and when you do them a favor they try and twist your words. The apartments are rundown and very costly on the energy bills due to nothing being updated. The community is honestly trashy and no one cares abouit others at all. Do NOT rent here!

Neighbors with vicious dogs. Manager never calls back. Neighbors doing drugs all the time. Trash never gets removed from dumpster area. They will find any excuse to keep the deposit (it's a scam!). The units smell awful. Housekeeper and maintenance are rude. No elevator & parking too far from unit. They also don't let you see the apartment til after you sign the lease. It was a mistake to rent here. Don't do it. Steer clear!
