Love the staff

The office and maintenance staff are amazing!!
Great choice in making Triston a manager.

Ridiculous

When you move in they do not want a security deposit, but they do want a "non-refundable fee" that is the same amount. When I moved out, I was sent a bill for $750 to replace carpet due to having cats. I was then told that the monthly Pet Fee that I paid does not apply to any damages, but is only something "normally" charged for having a pet.

Also, for both summers that we lived here, we were infested by gnats: I mean 10-20 dead on the counters every day and swarms of them around the trash and… kitchen. When they sent out pest control, they just told us to put out our own traps.

Almost constantly we heard dogs barking and people talking through the walls and from outside.

Meh

I would not live here again. Walls and ceilings are super thin. My apartment was flooded and had multiple leaks from the above floor. They charged us money for things we cleaned before leaving. Trash always outside and on the stairs.

Great place!

What can I say? We just renewed our 6th year here. We love it here! Staff always addresses any issues or concerns. The girls in the office are very nice. Give this place a try. Its not as bad as some of the reviews I have read on here. Audra and Eric.
