This is one of the best places I have ever lived. The office staff are super friendly and approachable, the maintenance team is always quick to resolve any requests, and they value a family-like relationship with everyone here. Residents are friendly and often enjoy getting together.

I just recently moved out of Parkway and I promise you this was one of the best communities I have reside so far. The area is perfect!!! Right off the highway to downtown, a ton of stores and restaurants in the area, and overall a quiet and beautiful community!!! I was new to the Columbus area when I first moved into Parkway and I have no regrets. The only reason I did move was to downsize into a 1bd room and something more affordable for my income.
Parkway have a ton of events throughout the... year, decent amount of amenities, and a FREE car wash!!!!!
I would like to give a huge shoutout to the office manager John. John will go beyond expectations to make sure what ever circumstance you are going through gets resolved. Thank you so much John for always being pleasant and patient.
Move out was a breeze. I was amazed at how many items I accumulated within the time I stayed there and had to trash a lot of items. Every time I would go to the trash area to add more items, the trash would be cleared up and gone. That made it so much easier to make piles at the trash area. My deposit was mailed to me within my 30 days of move out and move out fees was very fair.
Overall i would definitely recommend Parkway Village to anyone!

I had a hard time finding a place I liked when I relocated to Columbus. Most reminded me of cracker boxes with parking. I was practically sold when I found Parkway Village. The area is relaxing, with all the shopping and resturants 3 min away in one direction and the country 3 min away the other. The apts them selves are well maintained and fairly quiet. It's close to Columbus, usually taking 15-20 mins to drive in the mornings. Only on Friday afternoon does it take longer to get back,... usually 45 min then. Overall I would continue to stay if I didn't have to relocate again for work.
