    Best price for the location

    Great price for the location and the management.

    The location is perfect—close to great restaurants, shops, and local attractions, but still quiet and peaceful at night.

    What really stands out to me is the price including washer and dryer and the long term stability in management.

    I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great quiet peaceful
    Property which I have come back to 3x in my lifetime!
