Amazing units and location
I have been living at Hamilton Riverfront for almost year and I love it!! The finishes are stunning with a blend of the original historical features with a modern feel. I love the real brick wall, huge ceilings, massive closets with built in storage and washer/dryer, and lots of natural light. If you want a place with a wow factor, this is definitely it based off how my guests would react when they came over. Being steps away from all the fun shops and restaurants has also been a huge bonus,... especially getting takeout from the new sushi restaurant Megumi. The ownership/management is extremely responsive and can tell they actually care which is something I have never experienced at another apartment. I also enjoyed the social offerings, including a pedal wagon outing, where I got to meet my neighbors and make new friends which led to planning our own building social events. I was worried about how parking would be given the prime location it is in, but having my own assigned parking spot made a big difference. I highly recommend these apartments!!!
