Perfect place to live

This has been the perfect place for me to live, the floor plans are excellent and Tammy, the manager, makes moving in and getting set up simple. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet area with easy access to everything.

Go Elsewhere

DO NOT rent at Villages of Whitewater. Overpriced rentals. The water is awful and management is money hungry. Find a house to rent.. you’ll be happier!

We LOVE living here!

My daughter and I moved to Harrison, OH without knowing anything about the area or where we were moving. We are so fortunate we found The Villages of Whitewater! I cannot stress enough how much we love living here. Our house is so beautiful that I forget it's a rental until I look outside at the beautiful lawn that I don't have to cut.

Our subdivision is attached to a state park with a splash pad, hiking trails, paddle boarding, kayak, pontoon rentals, and an 8 mile fitness path. What I love… the most......the people! Everyone here is so helpful! We've met so many nice people. Live here!
