Wasted time

I called the rental office Tuesday to schedule a tour on Thursday at 5 pm. The office isn’t supposed to close til 6 but I guess they went home early because I wasted my time and gas. I won’t be recommending these to anyone especially since they close early, don’t consider other people’s time, and have no type of communication when I called both numbers they have.

Irresponsible manager

They’re are quick to get people moved in but you’re on your own after that, when I moved in there were lights out, the carpet was stained from the last tenants and the tile is all cracked from what I’m guessing was an old leak in the toilet. I was told maintenance would have it all taken care of, and it was never mentioned again.

Bedbugs

The office was nice enough but I did get bed bugs from the apartment below. They treated and offered me an out of my lease but it was such a pain and I had to get rid of my bed. Be cautious!
