Leafy Dell Apartments

The price is okay for the area and the size of the apartments. That’s the only good thing I have to say. Management really doesn’t care about complaints. When they do their biannual inspection they take pictures throughout your whole apartment which is really uncomfortable and frankly unnecessary unless there’s a lot of damage. A huge thank you to Frank, the maintenance guy, for helping me open and clean my very snowy parking space. Both my husband and I are in are 70's. My husband is handicapped. Snow events are always troublesome for me, since I make sure if my husband has medical issues, people can get to him. Shoveling snow has become hard for me each year. We were searching for an apartment from a thousand miles away and I found Leafy Dell on this website! I called and spoke to Judy and she was very helpful and patient in answering all my questions and concerns! We were pleased when we got here and saw it in person! We are thankful that we found this apartment! It is our home away from home!!

The Leafy Dell is a great place to live. Judy the apartment manager goes above and beyond to make everyone welcome and comfortable. If it wasn’t for Judy I would have chose a different apartment, I’m so glad I’ve chosen the Leafy Dell. Judy is a wonderful woman who is there for everyone, she is my next door neighbor and she makes it feel like home sweet home.
